RFP under the E Rate section requires compliance with USAC Federal guidelines. All Quotes and bids will follow their guidelines, and vendors must be E Rate approved vendors. For more information please go to the Universal Services Administration Company website at USAC.org for info on how to apply.

Due to the request of some of the Nation’s largest school districts, the Federal Government and the USAC has extended the E Rate filing deadline. Our filing deadline of March 16th, 2015 is now April 16th, 2015. We have modified our E-Rate RFP’s to reflect the new date. All E Rate RFP’s are due back to Odyssey by April 10th, 2015 at 9 am to allow for Odyssey to aggregate and make a decision on an award.

All other Technology RFP continue their process and will be due on April 15th.
