21st Century Ready

An AI-integrated curriculum prepares students for careers and challenges that do not yet exist.

Program Tracks

Choosing a Greek Program Track

All OCS students learn Greek. For Kindergarten and Grade 1 families, there is one additional choice to make before you apply: which track is the right fit for your child.

Greek FLES Program

Foreign Language in Elementary School

In the FLES program, Greek is a subject, not the language your child learns everything else through. Students receive two dedicated Greek classes every day in grades K-4: Greek Language and Math in Greek.

80 minutes of Greek instruction daily, taught by credentialed faculty.

In Grade 5, students take one leveled Greek language class of 40 minutes per day. Greek deepens your child's thinking and strengthens their English literacy without replacing English as the language of instruction.

Greek Immersion Program

Full Dual Language Immersion

In the Immersion program, Greek is the medium of instruction for half the school day. Two teachers share every K-5 classroom: a Greek teacher (Math, Science, Greek Language Arts) and an English teacher (Social Studies, English Language Arts).

Immersion students consistently outperform state averages in ELA and Math by 140-200%.

In Middle School, Immersion students continue in Social Studies and Greek language instruction in Greek. In High School, students take Greek language alongside Greek associated courses such as Greek History.

Note: Students applying to Grades 2-8 as new applicants are placed in the Greek FLES program. Entry into Immersion beyond Grade 1 requires demonstrated Greek proficiency. All high school students are required to earn 3 Greek language credits to graduate.
