How Our Charter Process Works
Booking a charter bus with Odyssey Charter School is easy. Follow these four simple steps to reserve your transportation.
Send Us the Details
Submit the details of your trip using our charter request form. Tell us about your event, the date, number of passengers, pickup and drop-off locations, and any other important information about your trip.
We'll Reach Out
Once we receive your request, our transportation team will contact you via email or phone to confirm all the details. We'll make sure we have a clear understanding of your event, timeline, and transportation needs.
Follow-Up
We'll follow up with you before your event to confirm there are no last-minute changes and to ensure everything is set for your trip.

Charter Pricing and Policies
Charter bus services are available for school-approved trips and events. Please review our policies carefully before submitting a charter request to avoid any unexpected fees or scheduling conflicts.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your charter booking within 48 hours of your event, you will be assessed a $250 cancellation fee.
Late Booking Fee
Any charter request received within 72 hours of your trip will incur an additional fee of $150.
School Day Limitations
On days when there is school for Odyssey Charter School, buses are not guaranteed to be available before 9:15 AM or for return trips after 2:00 PM. Plan your trip accordingly.
