The Owls Club is preparing for the 2027–2028 school year. Families interested in Before & After Care programming for next school year are encouraged to complete our Interest Form to stay informed about registration dates, program updates, and important announcements.
Completing the form ensures you'll be notified once official registration opens for the 2027–2028 school year.
What Is the Owls Club?
The Owls Club is Odyssey Charter School's before and after care program, designed to meet the needs of families who need flexible, high-quality care for their children. We serve students in kindergarten through eighth grade with safe, supportive environments at each school building.
Whether you need before care, after care, or flexible drop-in options, we're here to support your family with a caring team and a variety of enriching activities.
A Day in the Owls Club
Each day includes a thoughtful rotation of activities that support both academic growth and personal development. Students are grouped by age and guided by staff who keep things engaging and developmentally appropriate.

Grade Levels and Locations
The Owls Club serves students in kindergarten through eighth grade across all Odyssey campuses. Locations vary by grade:
- Immersion K–5 & K–2 FLES: Lower School (Bldg #26)
- Gr. 3–5 FLES & Gr. 6–8: Intermediate School (Bldg #22)
- Immersion K–5, K–2 FLES, 3–5 FLES, & 6–8: Middle School (Bldg #21)
Hours of Operation
The Owls Club operates on school days only (no half days, holidays, inclement weather days, or in-service days). In case of inclement weather, pick-up is required within 1 hour of school dismissal.
- Before Care: 7:00 am – start of school day
- After Care: School dismissal – 6:00 pm
Sibling Care
Parents with students in multiple buildings can utilize the Sibling Before/After Care option. Pre-registration is required. Time windows are 7:15–8:30am for Before Care and 2:20–4:15pm for After Care.
Any time used before or after these windows will be charged regular drop-in fees.

Payments and Policies.
Payments
Keeping our program running smoothly requires a few important ground rules. Please review our policies regarding monthly tuition, drop-in fees, and late payments.
Due by the 1st of each month. Payments can be made with a credit card through our online payment portal. Cash payments will only be accepted in the main office during school hours.
Due on the date of service. Program membership is required for any family utilizing Drop-In service.
An exclusion policy will be enforced for late payments. A $25.00 fee will be charged for returned checks. Odyssey reserves the right to disenroll any student whose account falls more than 30 days past due.
Additional Policies
For the safety and organization of our students, please familiarize yourself with our late pick-up rules and withdrawal procedures.
A late pick-up fee of $25 for every 14 minutes will be applied for pick-ups after 6:00pm. Parents are requested to alert the Coordinator if running late.
- 6:01–6:15pm: $25
- 6:16–6:30pm: $50
- 6:31–6:45pm: $75
- 6:46–7:00pm: $100
The police will be called for any student still remaining after 7:00pm.
Parents wishing to withdraw must give 2 weeks written notice to the Program Director, otherwise they will continue to be billed. Registration changes only take effect on the 1st or 15th of the month.
Enrollment and Registration
To enroll your child in the Owls Club, complete the registration form. You can register up to three children in a single form.
After registration is processed, you'll receive an invoice via your Infinite Campus account. Please allow a few days for processing.
