Rising 3rd Grade Summer Work
What's Included.
Your rising 3rd grader will complete literacy and math packets designed to build reading comprehension, vocabulary, and math fluency throughout the summer. All summer work should be completed and turned in by Friday, September 26th to your homeroom teacher.

Daily practice of 15-20 minutes is more effective than sporadic longer sessions

Model good reading
Let your child see you reading for pleasure
