Board of
Directors.
The Board of Directors governs Odyssey Charter School with a commitment to transparency, accountability, and student success. We meet monthly to discuss school operations, finances, policy, and strategic direction.
Why Board Meetings Matter
Our Board works on your behalf to oversee the school's budget, academic programs, hiring decisions, and long-term planning. By attending or reviewing meeting materials, you stay informed about decisions that affect our school community.
How Meetings Work
Regular Board meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month at 6:00 PM. Meetings are open to the public and typically last 1.5 to 2 hours. We also hold special meetings as needed to address urgent matters or budget decisions.
At each meeting, the Board reviews financial reports, discusses curriculum and student achievement, considers policy changes, and may hold an executive session for confidential matters (personnel, legal, or contract negotiation). Meeting agendas are posted at least one week in advance.

Non-AHEPA Nominating Committee
The Non-AHEPA Nominating Committee oversees the Board nomination and selection process to ensure fair, inclusive representation on the Board of Directors.
